Who we are

Cloud M&F Engineering Consultancy Co. (غيم موف), based in Dammam, is the controller of the personal data collected through cloudmof.sa. We process it in line with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 9/2/1443H, its amendments and its implementing regulations.

What we collect

• Contact details you type into the contact form: your name, mobile number, the service you need and your message.
• Job applications: the CV and contact details you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• General browsing data, such as the pages you visit and your device type.

We do not ask for sensitive data or payment details, and the site needs no account.

How your message reaches us

The site does not store what you type into the contact form. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready, and it reaches us only if you send it from there. From then on the message is also covered by the privacy policy of WhatsApp or your email provider.

How we use your data

We use your data only to serve you:

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To contact you and arrange appointments and meetings.
• To deliver and follow up the service you ask for.
• To review job applications.

Our commitment to protecting your data

We undertake to keep your data safe and confidential: we never sell or trade it, and we never use it for anything but serving you. Only the team handling your message or application can see it, and the site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Cookies

The site uses cookies, including cookies from Google and Meta, to improve your browsing and measure site performance. You can delete or block them in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and job applications for as long as we need them to serve you or review your application, plus any period the law requires, and then destroy them.

Your rights

The Law gives you the right to:

• Know how and why your data is collected.
• Access the data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to destroy your data once it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

To use any of these rights, email info@cloudmof.sa and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change, and we publish the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
